Terms of Service

JARVIS is sold as a downloadable software kit for deployment on infrastructure you own or control (your own server or VPS). Purchase grants you a license to install and use the selected kit for your own personal or business use.

What is included

The kit itself: source code, an installation script, and a setup wizard.

What is NOT included

Hosting, a server, or a third-party AI subscription. You must provide your own server (VPS or equivalent) and your own Anthropic API key (or other supported AI provider key). We do not host, operate, or have access to your running instance after delivery.

Delivery

Access codes are issued after payment confirmation and are valid for a single download within 24 hours of issuance. If your code expires unused, contact support for reissue.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the kit itself as a standalone product. You may use it to build and offer services to your own end users.

Jurisdiction and scope

This storefront serves customers outside Russia and does not process Russian rubles or personal data subject to Russian data-localization law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
